Lady Killer and swap flies

Don Bastian posted this fly on his blog about a week or so ago, and when I saw it I had to give it a go.
I ordered up a  nice new Whiting American Rooster Cape in yellow, and got to tying.

Lady Killer - Partridge CS15 hook

The head has 4 bands, and luckily this hook was a return eye, which allowed me to pretty accurately judge the space need to accommodate them.

Turned out pretty well I think.

Also tied up some Massasaga Bass flies for a swap on Washington Fly Fishing Forum. These are on classic Mustad 3366 Large ring eye in gold, size 1/0
